I’m Oshan Wisumperuma, a product-minded software engineer with 8+ years of experience based in Melbourne, Australia. I’ve worked across a range of companies — from startups to enterprise banking — including Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Comestri, and IUCN Red List. I care about bridging business needs and technical reality, and I get a lot of satisfaction from helping teams ship faster and more confidently.

My main tools are Ruby, Golang, and Elixir on the backend, with TypeScript and React on the frontend. I work across the full stack — APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. I also maintain disposable_email, an open-source Elixir library for blocking disposable email signups.
